When you book a bike rental or tour, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and — where required to confirm a booking — your government ID and driving license details.
To process bookings, verify rider eligibility as required by Indian law, communicate with you about your trip, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your information is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for booking records, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.
For security and fraud-prevention purposes, we also log technical information such as your IP address, browser/device type, and request timestamps when you submit a booking or contact form. This information is used solely to detect abuse and is never sold or used for marketing.
